COVID-19 Safety Plans
We’ve developed this COVID-19 Safety Plan to help create a safe environment for conducting school graduation ceremonies.
There are additional industry-specific COVID-19 Safety Plans available on the NSW Government website which may also be useful when planning your school graduation ceremony. This document should also be used in conjunction with the policies and procedures relevant to each education sector.
Dự đoán xổ sốOn 24 September, NSW announced that formals and graduation ceremonies for primary school students could proceed in Term 4. Secondary schools should wait until after the last written exam for the 2020 HSC, Wednesday 11 November, to hold these events to minimise any potential disruption to exam preparation and conduct.

You may need to update the plan in the future, as restrictions and advice changes.
Your COVID-19 Safety Plan
You can either:
- use the provided COVID-19 Safety Plan to address the checklist of matters for Year 12 graduation ceremonies
- keep using your existing plan, if you have one, after making sure it includes all the items in the provided COVID-19 Safety Plan.

Things to note:
- If you complete the plan online it will take 30 to 45 minutes and must be completed in one session.
